Moonta Bay Lifestyle Estate
The Estate is usually open Sunday to Thursday, 11am to 3pm. It is recommended you make an appointment. The Estate will be closed Tuesday April 23, Wednesday April 24, Thursday April 25, Friday April 26, Saturday April 27 and reopen Sunday April 28.
The Lifestyle Estate is located in the pocket of land bounded by the Port Hughes Road and Rossiters’ Road with entry via Willard Street in Patrick’s View.
This puts it a short stroll from the beach and a few minutes to either Moonta Bay or Port Hughes…you’re ideally located to enjoy the best of both beaches and to follow the fish wherever they’re biting.
Town facilities for both are close at hand plus the Moonta township is a few k’s away and Kadina just down the road.
The land is gently undulating and we are creating peaceful, safe streetscapes with landscaping and lighting.
